This kind of Full Automatic ice cream cone baking machine is running by electricity(380V), supplying heat to bake the ice cream cone by Liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas.

Various specification to produce cone with the length 100mm-165mm and with the width 50mm-55mm(A)
. Our production capacity is from 2200piece/hour to 2500piece/hour which varied by the cone size.



Work prunciple:
The paste is concocted by the material feed pump and is sent to the roast plate.the faceplate of the roasting plate is closed automatically,the flour cake is shaped according as the specifically thickness. Then the rotating wheel delivers the roasting plate to the roasting case that consisted of the upper injects etc.After coasted,the flour cake become sequentoal thin flour strip,and the thin flour strip is delivered to the reamer device by a pressure wheel.The reamer device cuts the flour strip into regular cakes,and then the manipulator delivers the cakes into figuration cone model by rule and line .After the cakes pulled away from the model,the cakes become the product-conic TIANTONG.
