Product introduction
HS4416 electric 3-eccentric butterfly control (shut-off) valve is independently developed by our company for practical working conditions in industries and aiming at solving the sealing performance problem of coal gas and high temperature air. Through times of experiments and improvements, the technology department confirmed the eccentric distance and cone angles by applying engineering analysis and simulation function. CNC machining center is used for the processing of conical surfaces of body and discs and the assurance of axle hole and eccentric precision, which greatly improved the precision and credibility. The quality accessories such as actuator ensure the proper run of control valve on site.
Product characteristics and advantages
The first eccentric "a" of 3-eccentric structure is formed by the axle deviating from the central line of sealing surface. The second eccentric "b" is formed by the axle deviating from the central line of pipeline. The goal of these two eccentrics is to reduce the friction between seat and sealing surface. The third eccentric "c" is an eccentric angle β, which uses the cam effect to realize the no-friction contact between seat and sealing ring of disc during the 90° travel of valve, thus to avoid the probability of wear and leakage.; when closing the valve, the sealing pair will close gradually to cause "wedge effect" and to realize the tightest shut-off with the smallest torque.
One-body high rigidity hard surface seat can meet the application under many working conditions, providing long life and high quality.
Casted body and metal hard sealing is applicable to high temperature fluid (450ºC--800ºC).
Total metal structure plus zero leakage characterizes the "essential fire safety" property of valve.
Hard bearing, long structure and strengthened soft graphite bearing protective ring make the valve dustproof, tar-proof and block-proof, thus to increase the credibility of valve.
Mainly applicable to the control and shut-off of high and low temperature coal gas and air in metallurgy industry (such as heating furnace, coal gas station, blast furnace, convertor furnace and sinter) and light industry (such as glass heating furnace, anneal furnace).

Working principle
The electric actuator provides the torque required for the open and close of disc. The output torque of power plant (generally refers to rotary motor) in actuator after increased through internal mechanical transmission directly drives valve. Under the control of microprocessor, the change of opening degree is proportional to the change of input signal; meanwhile, actuator feeds back output signals for position. When interruption of power supply occurs, hand wheel may be used to operate valve by hand.
